Disc Golf for everyone – just give it a try!
On our putting disc golf course with six varied holes, you can discover the fascination of disc golf in a relaxed and easy way. Different throws and small challenges make it fun for young and old – no prior experience needed. The course is open throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday and can be tried at any time. Rental discs and a brief introduction are available at the disc golf tournament office.
Workshop for Everyone
Learn the basics of wheelchair Ultimate, including throwing techniques, movement strategies, and teamwork. Everyone is welcome, whether with or with or without a disability.
DiscMatch Battle
Show off your putting skills – in a one-on-one battle
Rules
Learn the special features of DDC throws and how to hit the field, as well as the rules so you can follow the game better. Experience how complex it is to communicate and act simultaneously by counting the incoming discs and signalling to your partner while throwing that your disc is back in the air, so that they in turn can catch their disc.
Freestyle Workshop
In this workshop we teach you the basics of Freestyle Frisbee. Everyone is welcome, whether you already play a frisbee sport or have never held a disc before. Minimum age: 8 years.
Open Play for Everyone
After the wheelchair Ultimate workshop, all participants can apply what they've learned in an open game. Everyone is welcome, whether with or with or without a disability.

Workshop Ultimate Frisbee
Parallel to the first finals on the South field, there will be an open workshop on the North field for everyone interested in Ultimate Frisbee. All you need is reasonably athletic clothing and sneakers.
Open Play
After the award ceremony there will be another free play session for everyone. As a final wind-down you can also learn the game if you are new to it. There are no fixed teams — just jump in and play.
